Job description:
1. To provide information such as the unique selling points and features and benefits of the merchandises to customers and assist them in their shopping needs in a courteous and professional manner.
2. To provide up-to-date and accurate information to customers on Cos’ policies, procedures, services and promotions and to address customers’ queries and feedback in an efficient and effective manner.
3. To adhere to Cos’ Service Standards when attending to customers.
4. To perform the physical count of merchandise inventory and to inform the Supervisor of any discrepancies, defective, broken or markdown items.
5. To manage the replenishment, transfer or return of merchandises
6. To conduct routine checks on merchandise displays and arrangement, fixtures and sales area to ensure the adherence to the housekeeping standards.
7. To perform other duties like requisition of signages, gift-wrapping, follow-up on alterations, repairs, reservations, deliveries etc.
Skills:
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Fashion/ Retail/ Merchandising/ Tourism/ HRM etc with at least 3 years sales experience preferred.
Is dynamic, aggressive and sales-oriented
Possess a pleasant and friendly disposition
Is customer focused and enjoys interacting with people
Effective team player
Good interpersonal and communication skills
